What We Offer

GROUP TRAINING CLASSES


We offer a range of group classes here at Purpose. With a maximum of 12 in each strength class, and 16 in each conditioning class, you will get indepth teaching from our coaches throughout each session.

Our timetable offers a large variety of strength & conditioning workouts, programming that provides powerful and exciting solutions to help our clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Sessions are always new, diverse, fun, supportive, and guarantee maximum fitness results.

UPPER BODY - these classes are based around different upper body movements, with accessory and pump work to compliment these.

LOWER BODY - this class is based around different lower body compound movements, with accessory work to compliment, and a goal of increasing strength.

FULL BODY - this class is blend of movements to work both upper and lower body, with emphasis on exercises to compliment the week’s programming.

SWEAT - this class is designed as a partner/team based workout to set you up for the weekend.

ONLINE COACHING

A bespoke training programme to meet your current needs - while still adhering to our functional fitness philosophy.

If your goal is to get strong, look good & develop general fitness we will take you through this process.
